Location lovely. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly (E.G. when we arrived at midnight the person at the reception was very helpful).

No wifi in rooms - only one ethernet cable so only one person can go online at a time. Air conditioning not working (and it was 40c one day!) - air coming out of units was not cooled in some bedrooms. Some of the staff were unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Hotel coped poorly with our 81-year old forgetful mother being unable to find keys or get breakfast from the buffet without help. We attempted to eat an evening meal at the hotel on the last night, and were initially told in an impolite fashion that they had a conference eating there and that it was tough luck for us. We had to negotiate to be allowed to eat what were effectively the leftovers from the buffet, and were charged €20 per person which was very poor value. On one occasion when we tried to exit the hotel, we were locked in. Reception was abandoned and a sign was stuck to the front door. We paid the bill and asked that everything be included, but they messed it up and didn't include our meal, and then rudely demanded that we pay cash. On the last day, our 81-year old mother was adamant that the hotel wake-up call was 45 minutes late. Normally we might consider it possible that she was confused, but given the list of debacles above, we are less inclined to think so.

I always return to this hotel. Staff found my lost wallet on my first stay. It has free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant, a spa. Perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for New Year.

Located in a peaceful park area, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying the beautiful river view. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was a typical German offering with delicious bread and croissants. The English-speaking staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, offering validation of our parking ticket for the nearby public parking lot.

Had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bad Kreuznach. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious with a big balcony, offering a great view. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I even got to use the spa for free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was key, right near the river and lovely parks, very convenient for my business meetings. The staff was polite and accommodating, always happy to help me with any request. The room was spacious and had a good layout, perfect for working remotely.

The food was not very appetizing, and the breakfast lacked variety. My room was noisy, and I could hear all the noise from the street and other hotel rooms all night long, making it difficult to sleep.

We stayed at the Sympathie Hotel in Bad Kreuznach for one night during our journey from Italy to The Netherlands. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious balcony. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Although the wine list consisted only of German wines, the waiter went above and beyond to recommend a wine that suited our tastes. The location was charming and the staff, especially the receptionist who assisted us late at night, were friendly and helpful.

The large terrace with spectacular views is perfect for enjoying a fruity cocktail before exploring the historic buildings and spa facilities. The Sunday lunch buffet is also a popular meeting point for families and friends.

Oh, and don't get me started on the lack of air conditioning. Sweating like a pig on vacation is just the cherry on top!
